With over 25 years experience in the Industry, head chef at THE INN Tony Nogueira passionate about food and creating the very best dishes, using Jersey’s excellent choice of fresh local ingredients.
Originally from Portugal, Tony has been cooking in Jersey kitchens all his working life and believes that Jersey produce is amongst the very best a Chef can work with.
Since the inception of THE INN, Tony has been impressing diners with his eclectic menus,quickly gaining THE INN Restaurant a loyal following of both locals and tourists, as well as receiving Industry awards.
THE INN is one of the first Restaurants in Jersey to have been awarded a Taste Jersey Gold Accreditation, independently assessed through Quality in Tourism. Unlike some food assessment schemes Taste Jersey reviews the full dining experience which includes warmth of welcome, cleanliness, hospitality and service, with food being the primary criteria.
