Lecturer & programme manager at Colchester Institute, I have worked at Colchester institute for 8 years, previous to lecturing. I worked in Michelin Starred &rosette restaurants, working my way from Commis to Head chef. I achieved my first Head chef’s position at 25 achieving 2 red rosettes at the Garden room restaurant at the Woodbury house hotel in Sussex. I was Head chef for 19 years in a number of restaurants in & around London including the Regus club Trafalgar square, London House Mecklenburgh Square & Paribas at Kings Cross.
