Daniel Green

Head Chef, Daniel Green has been with the The Auberge since 2004, during which time the restaurant has been listed in the Good Food Guide and has consistently achieved 2AA Rosettes since 2007. Daniel started his career as an apprentice at Harrods in London’s Knightsbridge and then moving on to The Lanesborough Hotel and then to other Fine Dining London hotels and restaurants. Leaving London he moved to The Auberge Restaurant, Guernsey in 2004.
Daniel has won many awards and he has recently won The Channel Islands Chef of the Year Award 2013.
